Genius TV Repairs provides repair services for televisions and related electronic devices. All repairs are subject to the availability of parts and the condition of the device being repaired.
We offer a 90-day warranty on all repairs, covering parts and labor. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
When scheduling a repair appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the repair service. We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods. For certain repairs, a deposit may be required before work begins, especially if specialized parts need to be ordered.
5. Liability
While we take the utmost care with your devices, Genius TV Repairs is not responsible for data loss, additional damage discovered during the repair process, or pre-existing conditions not related to the repair being performed.
